At Global Swanky, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the terms below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Products must be new or slightly used and returned in acceptable condition.

Return Method

All approved returns must be sent by mail to the designated return address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee

Global Swanky does not charge any restocking fee for returned products.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
